Please dismantle your borrowed LEGO® set down into individual pieces.

Place the LEGO® bricks, minifigures and instruction manual in sealed bags. The bricks do not need to be sorted into numbered bags.

Pack everything back into your original Brick Borrow box, making sure all pieces and the instruction manual are included.

Log in to our portal and book your free doorstep courier pickup.

Returns are collected from your doorstep by our courier. Self-pickup and drop-off are not available.

Courier transit takes 1–3 days. Once your box reaches us, allow 1–2 business days for checking and cleaning. After clearance, you can borrow again according to your plan’s allowance.
