Just a heads up: to keep our rarest, high-value collector sets safe, standard monthly and 3-month members need to complete a quick 3-month active subscription period (our 'Apprenticeship Period') to show off your stellar borrowing habits before unlocking our top-tier 'Hero Sets' and ‘Legend Sets’ (depending on your plan).Lock in your order and our local courier partners will speed it straight to your doorstep. If you're new to the Brick Borrow Singapore family, standard plans complete a brief three-month warm-up before unlocking our prized 'Hero' and 'Legend' sets. It's just our way of getting to know each other and establishing great borrowing habits!No worries at all—during your first three months, you’ll still enjoy an epic selection of sets valued way above your monthly plan cost. Completing your apprenticeship builds trust so we can hand over the keys to our flagship models.This policy ensures our most valuable and rare sets stay protected and intact for everyone in the community!'Hero Sets' are packed with personality and typically feature:Sets worth S$150 to S$300 Recommended Retail Price (RRP) via LEGO® Singapore; Rare limited edition or retired sets with a secondary market value between S$150 and S$300; and/or1,000 to 2,999 brick pieces

Joined on July 17th? We know the building itch is real! Here's how fast we get bricks to your door:Once you confirm your set on the ‘Pick Your Sets’ tab, our warehouse elves spring into action!Dispatch Time: Orders are packed and dispatched in 1 to 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Public Holidays and scheduled warehouse breaks).Delivery Window: Our local courier partners take 1 to 3 days (including weekends!) to zip across mainland Singapore and Sentosa (excluding restricted zones).
Altogether, expect your fresh box of bricks within 2 to 5 working days. You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on the move!Thanks for your patience if peak holiday rushes or pre-announced closures cause minor delays!
Here's how the swap works:Return & Quality Check: Your returned set gets verified at our hub within 1 to 2 business days to ensure every box is checked, cleaned and accounted for.Next Order Dispatch: Once cleared, your account unlocks so you can order your next target from the monthly start date of your payment cycle.Delivery Window: Standard speed applies (1–2 days packing + 1–3 days courier delivery straight to your doorstep).Thanks for understanding if peak holiday periods add a tiny bit of extra processing time!Example 1: Keeping a set for more than 1 month You're on the Builder Monthly Subscription Plan starting 11 November 2026.Your monthly billing date is the 11th of each month (11 Dec, 11 Jan, etc.) as long as your plan is active and you have no unreturned boxes after cancelling.Take your time! You can keep and admire a set as long as your subscription stays active.If you get set #1 on 14 Nov and send it back on 18 Dec (holding it over a month), you can pick set #2 as soon as set #1 checks in at our facility.Borrow, build, and repeat!Example 2: Returning a set within 1 monthYou're on the Builder Annual Subscription Plan starting 11 November 2026.Your next renewal billing will be 11 November 2027.If you receive your box on 14 Nov and speed-build/return it by 28 Nov, your next order unlocks on 11 December 2026 (the start of your next monthly cycle token, or when the box processes—whichever is later).Borrow, build, and repeat!

Swap whenever you're ready for the next adventure.Want double the trouble? Upgrade to ‘The Master’ plan to borrow 2 Regular/Hero sets OR 1 Legend set simultaneously! (Paired sets travel and return together as a team).Pro tip: Grab an Annual Plan across any tier for maximum savings and non-stop building bliss!
It couldn't be easier! Inside your Brick Borrow box, you'll find quick, easy return instructions.Dismantle the set completely and separate pieces into their respective bags: bricks, minifigures, and the Building Instructions Manual. You do not need to re-bag elements into numbered bags like in original new sets—just make sure all pieces and manuals are included. Then, pack everything up into your Brick Borrow box and log onto our portal to book a free doorstep courier pickup. Done and dusted!Please note: sets returned still assembled are subject to a dismantling fee.
We deliver brick joy to all residential and commercial addresses in mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island!Delivery Restrictions: Note that we can't deliver to high-security restricted zones like Jurong Island, Tuas industrial fields, military camps, or Changi Airport cargo complexes.Address Verification: Double-check your 6-digit postal code at checkout to keep fulfillment smooth and speedy!We aim for 3-day tracked delivery upon leaving our facility, though occasional courier hiccup delays lie outside our direct control.Questions? With thousands of bricks traveling around, tiny pieces occasionally go missing—but fear not! Every Brick Borrow set can be completed. Here are your two quick options:Complete on Return: Fill in our Missing Piece Form on our website (https://www.brickborrow.sg/missingpieceform) or scan the in-box QR code, keep building, and we'll top it off when it returns to base!SOS Replacement: Email hello@brickborrow.sg with your account info, set name/number, and the missing part code (located at the back of the instruction manual). We'll mail a replacement brick directly to you!Thank you for helping us keep our sets top-notch for every builder!
Of course! We know life happens and vacuum cleaners can be brick monsters.If it's just 1 or 2 standard bricks (under 10g total), we usually replace them from our spare stash 100% free of charge! If major chunks go missing (over 10g) or rare, structural parts or minifigures get lost, or if the Building Instruction Manual needs to be replaced, you'll simply be charged the direct replacement part cost plus a nominal S$10 admin fee to restock the set.Once settled, your account is immediately cleared for your next box!

They travel, arrive, and return together as a tag team!Both sets in a 2-set pick must be ordered together and returned together in the same box.If you prefer staggered rotations, running multiple Builder plans gives you independent 1-set-at-a-time freedom!Need help picking? We know un-building takes patience, but we don't offer a dismantling service!Taking sets apart ensures the next builder gets the fresh experience of building from scratch, while keeping turnaround fast and subscription fees affordable for everyone. We ask that all sets are fully dismantled before returning!Please note: sets returned still assembled are subject to a dismantling fee.
No problem at all! Subscriptions are super flexible to match your schedule.Ready to upgrade? Level up anytime directly in your account portal.Need a break? Monthly subscribers can pause for up to 3 months without losing progress toward unlocking Hero and Legend Sets!3-Month and Annual plans cannot be paused and run continuously for their full terms, keeping prices low for everyone.Need to cancel? Return your set, wait for quality check-in, and you're good to go.Submit your cancellation request via our quick form here: https://www.brickborrow.sg/cancellationformWe recommend returning your box at least 7 working days before your next billing date, accounting for these steps:Courier Transit: Takes 1 to 3 days to travel back to our hub.Return Inspection: Takes 1 to 2 business days to check through and clean the pieces.Cancellation Processing: Our team confirms cancellation within 1 to 2 business days.
Remember, all sets must be safely back in our hands before pausing or cancelling!
Can my delivery be unbranded for a surprise? Absolutely! We can ship in plain packaging to keep festive surprises top secret. Smaller boxes arrive unbranded, and larger boxes can use plain tape on request. Contact us with your order number to arrange stealth delivery!
Can I adjust my plan start date? System start dates can't be automatically shifted, but our team can issue a manual activation code so you can trigger your subscription right in time for the holidays!

To keep our subscription fees incredibly wallet-friendly (leaving you with more cash for bubble tea or that dream holiday!), our boxes go out to members as a mix of brand-new and lovingly used sets. Think of it as a brick lottery—though you can't choose to receive only brand-new sets, both options have their own perks!If you draw a Brand-New Set: Yes! It will arrive in its pristine, factory-fresh glory, complete with official, sequential numbered bags. The building process will be exactly like buying it off a retail shelf. Bonus: When you're done, you do not need to agonizingly sort the pieces back into those tiny numbered bags—just break it down, put it in our respective return bags (for bricks, manuals and minifigures), and send it back!If you draw a Pre-Loved Masterpiece: Your bricks will arrive sparkling clean, sanitised, and ready to build in our secure bags. This gives you the ultimate authentic building experience—the pure, nostalgic joy of the "brick dive"! There is nothing quite like the therapeutic sound and feeling of running your hands through a fresh pile of LEGO® bricks to find the perfect piece. It’s a wonderful, screen-free way to slow down and truly enjoy the creative process!
